If you do not know the report ID, you can still use the Simple Search feature for PIFs, CARs, DQRs, DQPRs and PIF Attachments by selecting a particular report type in the "By ReportType/Submittal Year" section of the search form and narrowing your search to reports submitted during a particular year.
