          MFRSR discussion closure: everybody is working diligantly
          towards a solution, Annette can handle the reprocessing
          issues.  Extra memory will take care of issues at the EFs
          loggers.  Communication issues are being addressed they feel
          confident current action will resolve the issues without
          additional resources needed.

          AERI QC need to capture these issues in a DQR.

          icing events that can create extended periods of unusable
          data that the wet-window-flag doesn't catch.
