V. Overviews of Problems


       Instruments - Jimmy Voyles
          MFRSR issues continuing, Gary is doing some processing,
          system changes etc., generally overcommitted.
          Talking about maybe improving the calibration procedure to
          ease the load on the mentor.  Maybe with OSS tracking the
          calibration.  
	  OSS development on schedule now.  Site common shipping tool
          and calibration will be tackled next.  Jimmy will send OSS
          meeting minutes to Rick.
          WACR Radar for China is back at SGP, trying to get ready to
          ship to China soon.
	  MMCR PIRAQ upgrade.
       ARM Operations - Doug Sisterson
       Engineering - Jim Mather
       Archive - Raymond McCord
          Found a possible problem with site_transfer between iop
          system and storage system.  Large transfers, e.g. 1.5GB
          iop-data-tar-bundles, only transfer partially.
	  Will write a BCR on interface changes on IOP server, to
          coordinate any dependencies across the ARM Web-world and fix
          potential broken URLs for the new login-procedure.
