           data as "S01".  
	   Raymond: will they collect spectra?  Data should probably
           not come to the archive, instead go directly to mentors.

           Investigated a problem with duplicate records, uncovered
           issues with clock again.  CDL are good at keeping time, but
           have their time corrupted by old PCs that don't sync their
           time correctly.  Frequent messages from a handful of EFs.
           It appears they are still relying on ntp-network service
           and not use the local GPS.  Robin will PIF this at highest
           priority. 
       External Data Center - Rick Wagener
           Maria Cadeddu sent a word-doc about rationale behind
           sending the MWR back to NSA, including some useful
           figures.  We converted to .pdf and linked it to the PIF.

           Karen Johnson just alerted us of a problem with the
           DQR-view presented to data requesters with their order.  It
           apparently does not include the "Suggestions" field.
